All our products can be delivered to the various mentioned countries, unless otherwise determined by government provisions and exclusive of regions or countries excluded by postal services at the time of your order.

8) Taxes and customs duties

Regulations are set by the European Union.

Dispatch to a non European Union Country and to French Overseas Departments and Territories:

Any customs duties, taxes, fees or other charges are to be paid by the consignee.

The amount of these taxes is dependent upon the regulations applicable in the country of destination. These taxes are outside the control of I-Coton who have no prior knowledge of what they will amount to.

Depending upon each country's different Customs regulations, the client is responsible for finding out from the relevant local authorities about any import restrictions applicable in the country of destination of the products they wish to order.

9) Delivery Time

When your order is received, it is processed as soon as possible

Once the payment is cleared, we e-mail you to confirm. The order is then sent within two days for both France and other countries, unless otherwise stated in exceptional circumstances. Shipments are made Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays set.

Once shipped, your order is brought to its destination by the carrier we have chosen: the Post. The delivery people will do do their utmost to carry and deliver your order. However, sometimes it may not arrive in time.

To limit any delays, take great care in preparing the delivery address and indicate, if known, features: building, entrance, apartment number, security code for the postman or delivery man can access the Mailbox and leave a calling card in case of absence.

An address knowledgeable avoid delays and additional costs

Post offices keep the package 15 days.

On receipt of your package, before opening it, check its condition. Should you find signs of package damage or deterioration, state your reservations to the carrier in person and write your findings on the delivery note

If, on the contrary, the package seems to have been opened, and one or more items are missing, make the note, always in the presence of the deliverer, refuse the package and make a statement to the post office.

The signing sheets on delivery notes or statements made at the post office allow us to refund or exchange.

Shipments are made from Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

These periods of preparation and delivery are shown in business days and they are as accurately as possible, and are based on product availability, volume of the order, the period of the order (for orders at the end of the year the preparation time may be longer), or in cases of force majeure.

The risk of the transportation of the  goods, even if this is covered by I-Coton is borne by the buyer. Upon receipt of your parcel before opening it, check its condition. If you notice damage or deterioration of the package, issue your reservations to the carrier in his presence, and record your findings in the delivery note. Any damage or deterioration found will be reported in addition, within three days, by a certified mail to the Post Office or carrier, as appropriate,  always with a copy to I-Coton.

Once the damage or the deterioration is determined, please let us know as soon as possible so we can assist in actions to follow.

If the customer wishes to ship products to two different addresses, it is necessary to make two orders

If the delivery address contains errors, is inaccurate or incomplete and this results in a redirection of parcels by I-Coton, the resulting costs are borne by the customer.
