Once your order is received, it will be processed as quickly as possible.We guarantee that shipment will be prepared in two days to be delivered in France or other international destination, or exceptionally on the date you have selected. Shipments are made from Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Once shipped, your order is brought to destination via the carrier that we have chosen: the Post. Deliverers do their utmost to carry and deliver your order. However, sometimes it may not arrive on time.

In order to limit any delays, be careful in describing all the details of the delivery address and indicate, if known, all the features possible: building entrance, apartment, access code where the postman or the driver can access to the mailbox and leave a notification card in case of absence.

A well-informed address avoids delays and additional costs.

- The average time of delivery of your package may vary between 2-5 working days (shipments in France).
If after a period of 7 days from the date of dispatch, you have not received your package or have not received a notification card, ask your post office to check if your package is pending.
Post offices keep the package for 15 days.

-In case the package you receive is in bad conditions, open it, always in the presence of the deliverer. If you find that the product is damaged, refuse the package indicating on the delivery note "refused because damaged”.
If, on the contrary, the package seems to have been opened, and one or more items are missing, make the note, always in the presence of the deliverer, refuse the package and make a statement to the post office.

The signing sheets on delivery notes or statements made at the post office allow us to refund or exchange.
